Web hosting and design firm Aplus.Net (aplus.net) announced on Wednesday that it has incorporated two popular Open Source blog publishing tools into its hosting plans – the Serendipity Weblog System and the Simple PHP Blog.
Rock Star Sues Web Hosts Over Video
According to reports, the lead singer for the rock band Limp Bizkit, Fred Durst, has filed suit against ten Web site operators, almost all Web hosting and Internet service providers, for allegedly hosting footage of him in a homemade sex tape.
ReadyHosting Hosts NASCAR Party
Web hosting firm ReadyHosting.com (readyhosting.com) will join some of the biggest acts in country music and ARCA RE/MAX Series and NASCAR Busch Series’ top drivers at the upcoming ARCA, and NASCAR Busch Series weekend pre-race mixer at the Hotel Preston in Nashville, Tennessee on Thursday March 24, 2005.

Personally I have just about given up on efforts to keep AutoLink from creeping slowly into our lives, changing our content and causing more problems than it would ever solve. My mindset is that Google is going to do what they want to do if you like it or not. Do I like it? No. Will I have to learn to live with it? Probably so. Thankfully though, there are some folks out there who have made living with it a much better option now.
