Customer service is what the Web hosting industry is all about - but it doesn’t exactly have the best track record for it. Today I’ll interview Douglas Hanna and he’ll tell you how you can make it all better no mater if your a Web host or a lemonade stand on the street corner.

Plus we have stuff for trekies, the world worst web hosts and tips to help you create the ultimate clickable ad right here on this edition of the Web Hosting Show.

Awesome show Mitch. This industry seems so small at times. I chat with Doug and Ben quite a lot. Ben runs a very ethical and accurate review site, and Douglas is fantastic with his customer service tips and articles on PingZine. Looking forward to hearing your presentation at HostingCon Doug! Looking forward to drinking beers with you Ben! Mitch.. you should really get your butt to Chicago for HostingCon ;)

Amy, it really is a small industry sometimes. A lot of the people know each other, and I think that’s a good thing. It allows for some great networking and makes making new friends quite a bit easier as well. :)

Thanks all - since I won’t be able to make it to HostingCon (at least not yet) I might have to just hire an army of folks to wear Web Hosting Show t-shirts. :)
