Yeah, I agree with all that, I think you should include their scams with domains though, cos they tie you into their hosting by making buy domains, and stuff like that.

I couldn’t agree more. Anytime they say “unlimited” run – everything has a limit – even if it is just the limit put in place by the design of the software program….

I’ve had most of these problems with the various webhosts i’ve dealt with. The one thing I can comment on about the uptime – while mosso didn’t provide 100% uptime – they do give you a free day of hosting for every hour of downtime. At least they admit that sometimes things break… I use host-tracker to track the uptime…

I absolutely love my host and have been with them for over 5 years. They are Jumpline.com. I found them by analyzing Netcraft and finding the host with the least client turnover and least downtime. They were number one.
